In role he negotiates, drafts, and reviews large dollar corporate settlement agreements, contracts, personal guaranties and promissory notes on behalf of many Fortune 500 Companies in various industries. Further, Alex ensures that AFM is in compliance with all State and Federal laws, regulations and licensing requirements.
Alex is a born and bred Chicagoan and is actively involved in the Jewish United Fund and Volunteers of America. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University – Bloomington with a Major in Finance from the Kelley School of Business and a Minor in Psychology. At IU, Alex was in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, was a Technology Peer Tutor, and also recruited Jim Cramer to film an episode of Mad Money on the school’s campus.
He Obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law where he graduated with a 3.50 GPA and was on the Dean’s List every semester. George Wahbeh is an Illinois licensed attorney with a business and entrepreneurial background. He has extensive experience with both start ups as well as established small businesses such as gas stations, restaurants, convenience stores, laser hair removal centers, logistic companies, and energy brokers.

While attending law school Jacob was granted the Presidential Scholarship, graduated with distinction from the Minnesota Justice Foundation, and had a thesis paper on the legal aftermath of genocide in Guatemala and East Timor published by World Without Genocide.
